Season steak with steak seasoning (or salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste).
Sear on both sides until desired temperature.
Deglaze, the steak, with 1 oz of the Hadouken Sauce* and remove from heat.
Place the steak, starting from the left, tip facing south, then south-east, then east.
Place the remaining sauce in a ramekin and place to the right of the steak.
Garnish with the scallions on each steak medallion.
Wipe the plate and sell.
Blend first 9 ingredients in food processor. With machine running, gradually add oil and process until well blended. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature before using.)
Then add cayenne and chile peppers to taste. Mix thoroughly.
