Place ⅓ of package of German Pancake batter in mixing bowl. Add eggs, milk, and melted butter. Whisk or stir vigorously until all ingredients are thoroughly blended. Cover and place in the refrigerator. Let sit overnight.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat round pan with butter, then pour desired amount of batter into pan and bake about 5 minutes.
Place German pancake on plate and add desired amount of fresh squeezed lemons and powdered sugar to taste.
