Green River Cocktail
It's the Green Chartreuse that gives this Green River cocktail by Jason Stevens, Beverage Director of Second Bar + Kitchen, its signature glow! Garnished with a basil leaf and fresh grapefruit slice.
- 1.5 oz vodka
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- .25 oz green Chartreuse
- .5 oz lime
- 1 wheel Grapefruit
- 3 basil leaves
- In the bottom of a shaker tin,muddle simple syrup,basil,and the grapefruit wheel together, then add all remaining ingredients.
- Add ice to shaker,shake,and then double strain into a old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a basil leaf and slice of grapefruit.
