John Soules Food Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 pound John Soules Foods Grilled Chicken Strips
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 Tablespoon canola oil
- 2 Tomatoes diced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Coarse Black Pepper
- 3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil finely chopped
- Italian seasoning for garnishes
Instructions
- Thaw your JSF Chicken in the refrigerator overnight. Pre heat your oven to 350.
- Cut loaf on a bias* into 8 equal size pieces.
- Place the bread on a sheet tray in your oven and toast for about 2 to 3 minutes or until bread is lightly toasted. Place to the side.
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, salt and pepper, lemon juice, and basil and stir well. Place to the side.
- In a large skillet, combine JSF Grilled Chicken Strips and oil.
- Cook over medium high heat for about 8 to 10 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165.
- Once chicken is cooked, top each baguette with 4 oz of JSF Grilled Chicken Strips and one slice of mozzarella cheese.
- Place in the oven and cook for about 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
- Top chicken with tomato basil topping and serve immediately. Garnish with Italian Seasoning of your choice and enjoy!
