La Gloria’s Morenita Margarita
Chef Johnny Hernandez’s Morenita is a refreshing cocktail with tamarindo, fresh orange juice, Herradura Reposado tequila, and Cointreau with a chile-tamarind rim – perfect for sipping poolside. You might recognize Hernandez from Top Chef season nine.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Herradura Reposado
- 2 oz. Cointreau
- 3 oz. Tamarindo Puree
- 2 oz. orange juice
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Pour over ice in a glass with a chile chamoy rim. Garnish with an Orange Wedge.
