Local Table's Basil Gimlet
- 4 large basil leaves
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 2 oz fresh-squeezed lemonade
- Muddle basil leaves in simple syrup
- Put all ingredients in shaker.
- Add ice and shake for 30 seconds.
- Double strain the cocktail.
- Garnish with 3 rose petals.
