
Marinara Sauce from Singing Water Vineyard
Ingredients
- 2 cans (28oz) San Marzano tomatoes
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- ¼ cup Singing Water Reveille wine
- 2 large basil leaves, chopped
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ½ Tbsp oregano
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp salt
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large pot and simmer until all ingredients are cooked through. Blend with an immersion blender and let thicken. Serve on your favorite pasta, use as a pizza sauce, or any way you like!
