Nerdvana Hadouken Beef recipe

Ingredients
Hadouken Beef recipe
- 3 2 oz Pieces of Prime Filet
- 1 teaspoon House seasoning use your favorite steak seasoning or a mix of salt, ground peppercorns and garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon blended oil
- 3 oz Hadouken sauce *See below
- 1 1/2 teaspoon thinly sliced Scallion for garnish
Hadouken Sauce Recipe
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Heat a small pan over med/high. Add oil.
- Season steak with steak seasoning (or salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste).
- Sear on both sides until desired temperature.
- Deglaze, the steak, with 1 oz of the Hadouken Sauce* and remove from heat.
Plating
- Place the steak, starting from the left, tip facing south, then south-east, then east.
- Place the remaining sauce in a ramekin and place to the right of the steak.
- Garnish with the scallions on each steak medallion.
- Wipe the plate and sell.
Hadouken Sauce
- Blend first 9 ingredients in food processor. With machine running, gradually add oil and process until well blended. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature before using.)
- Then add cayenne and chile peppers to taste. Mix thoroughly.
