Whipped Honey Pumpkin Butter
Holy Moly! This whipped honey pumpkin butter from my friends at Frank San Antonio is absolutely delicious! Try it on everything from dinner rolls to desserts...
- 1 lb butter (unsalted)
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/3 cup Local Honey
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 Dashes ground cloves
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- Soften butter. Add to mixer or processor and whip it until creamy. Mix in all other ingredients.
Pro Tip: Sub all non-butter ingredients for Cranberry Compote...Whipped Cranberry Butter!
