Zinc Bistro & Bar Devil's River Lamb Burger
This juicy burger features locally sourced lamb and a luxurious slab of triple creme brie cheese!
Ingredients
- 7 oz Trimmed Leg of Lamb Ground
- 1 Burger Bun
- 1 tbsp Sambal Mayo
- Caramelized Onions
- Arugula
- 1 tbsp Fig Jam
- 2 oz brie cheese
- 3 oz Sweet potato fries and Ancho Salt
Instructions
- Grill or Griddle Seasoned Lamb Patty to Medium Rare.
- Toast Bun.
- Coat Each Bun with some fig jam and Sambal Mayo.
- Place some Arugula on the Bottom Bun.
- Place thin sliced Brie and Caramelized Onions on top of the Burger.
