Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice sour dough bread and butter on both sides.
Drizzle on truffle oil.
Heat on a skillet or flat-top grill pan until golden on both sides.
Add your burrata.
Slice tomatoes and dress with olive oil, lemon juice and salt, then add on top of burrata.
Warm up marinara sauce.
Add a little more truffle oil, then bake at 375 degrees.
Add a little Parmesan cheese and bake some more.
Add warm marinara sauce and more Parmesan cheese.
Garnish with salt, red pepper flakes, oregano and more parm.
