Eunice's Fallen Angel
"I came up with this cocktail after tasting and incredible aperitif called Italicus, the "aperitivo di corte", (the drink of kings). Absolutely fell in love with this spirit and had to incorporate it into the program. We combine Tinkerman's Citrus Supreme Gin, Italicus and Lillet to produce a spirit forward but well balanced cocktail." - Justin Solomon, Beverage Manager at Eunice in Houston
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Tinkerman's Citrus Supreme Gin
- 1 ounce Italicus
- 1 ounce Lillet
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with an orange twist or edible flower.
