State of Grace's 'The Yearling' Cocktail

This cocktail uses rhubarb liqueur, which infuses perfectly with your choice of Bourbon and fresh muddled strawberry. Our friends at State of Grace in Houston created this cocktail.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce Bulleit Bourbon
  • 1 ounce Art in Age Rhubarb Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 muddled strawberry

Instructions
 

  • Muddle strawberry in mixing glass, add other ingredients and ice. Shake well, double strain into an old-fashioned glass and garnish with a strawberry slice.
