Zinc Bistro & Bar Devil's River Lamb Burger

This juicy burger features locally sourced lamb and a luxurious slab of triple creme brie cheese!

Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz Trimmed Leg of Lamb Ground
  • 1 Burger Bun
  • 1 tbsp Sambal Mayo
  • Caramelized Onions
  • Arugula
  • 1 tbsp Fig Jam
  • 2 oz brie cheese
  • 3 oz Sweet potato fries and Ancho Salt

Instructions
 

  • Grill or Griddle Seasoned Lamb Patty to Medium Rare.
  • Toast Bun.
  • Coat Each Bun with some fig jam and Sambal Mayo.
  • Place some Arugula on the Bottom Bun.
  • Place thin sliced Brie and Caramelized Onions on top of the Burger.
