Zinc Bistro & Bar Devil's River Lamb Burger
This juicy burger features locally sourced lamb and a luxurious slab of triple creme brie cheese!

Trimmed Leg of Lamb

Burger Bun

Sambal Mayo
Caramelized Onions
Arugula

Fig Jam

brie cheese
3
oz
Sweet potato fries and Ancho Salt
Instructions
Grill or Griddle Seasoned Lamb Patty to Medium Rare.
Toast Bun.
Coat Each Bun with some fig jam and Sambal Mayo.
Place some Arugula on the Bottom Bun.
Place thin sliced Brie and Caramelized Onions on top of the Burger.
