lemon zest and juice

orange zest and juice

garlic -- minced

California Fennel Pollen

dried lavender
pinch
fresh cracked pepper and red chili flakes, or to taste

cup
Calivirgin Extra Virgin Olive OilÂ
Instructions
Strain olive brine and toss olives in all above ingredients.
Transfer to a glass jar, refrigerate and allow to marinate for at least 12 hours.
