Houston Dairy Maids Fennel & Lavender Marinated Castelvetrano Olives

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Castelvetrano olives
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 1/2 orange zest and juice
  • 3 cloves garlic -- minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. California Fennel Pollen
  • 1/2 tsp. dried lavender
  • pinch fresh cracked pepper and red chili flakes, or to taste
  • 1/3 cup Calivirgin Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Instructions
 

  • Strain olive brine and toss olives in all above ingredients.
  • Transfer to a glass jar, refrigerate and allow to marinate for at least 12 hours.
