Nick's Fish Dive & Oyster Bar "The Sweet Rack" Cocktail

Think pink drinks this Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Nick's Fish Dive & Oyster Bar is donating 20% of all of their Wednesday drink sales to benefit Memorial Hermann The Woodlands "In the Pink of Health" campaign during the month of October. "The Sweet Rack" cocktail brings together fresh strawberries and basil with tequila!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 medium strawberries
  • 3 medium basil leaves
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • Garnish with strawberry & basil leaves

Instructions
 

  • Muddle strawberries in pint glass.
  • Add lime juice, simple syrup, tequila, and Cointreau.
  • Pour over ice and garnish with strawberries and basil leaves.
