7 Layer Petticoat Dip

Sensational 7-layer dip made healthy! Take a chip to this (or your favorite veggie) and it will be GONE in mere minutes....good thing is so easy to make! Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can FAT FREE REFRIED BLACK BEANS 15 oz
  • 1 cups ½0 FAT GREEK YOGURT
  • 1 cups ½SHREDDED CHIPOTLE CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1 cups ½chopped ROMA TOMATOES
  • cup ½peeled & chopped CILANTRO
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped pickled JALAPENO PEPPERS drained

Dippers:

  • 1 HOT HOUSE CUCUMBER thin sliced diagonally
  • 2 large carrots peeled and thin sliced diagonally
  • 4 CELERY STALKS cleaned and cut into diagonal slices
  • 1 yellow squash cut into thin diagonal slices

Instructions
 

  • Spray a deep dish glass bowl or pie pan with non-stick spray and evenly spread the refried black beans for the first layer. Evenly add the remaining layers of ingredients ending with the chopped jalapeno peppers. Cover with plastic wrap until ready to serve with veggie dippers.
