Whirly-Gig Cocktail

Build the Whirly-Gig from The County Line with Bulleit Rye, Laird's Applejack, apple cider and simple syrup. Best enjoyed with a plate of puro Texas barbecue!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Bulleit Rye
  • 1 oz Laird's Applejack
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add ice to mixing tin, build all ingredients into tin, then stir well. Add a cube of ice to the old smokey glass and strain. Garnish with Lemon peel.
