Ribs and Whiskey Cocktail

With a name like 'Ribs and Whiskey,' you know you're in for an experience! This crafty, bourbon based cocktail from my friends at The County Line includes chocolate bitters and a blood orange puree. Yeehaw!

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 oz Bulleit Bourbon
  • 1 bar spoonful blood orange puree
  • 2 dash Chocolate bitters
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add ice to mixing tin, build all ingredients into tin, then stir well. Add a cube of ice to the old smokey glass and strain.
  • Garnish with Orange peel and a cherry.
