Portabello Mushrooms Stuffed with Green Bean Casserole
Party-sized portabello mushrooms stuffed with home-style green bean casserole from Chef Chemo Barrera at The Well in San Antonio. Betcha can't have just one!

portabello mushrooms
Instructions
Combine the cream of mushroom, green beans, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasonings if needed.
Stuff portabello mushroom tops with mixture.
Top with fried onions.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10–15 minutes.
