Portabello Mushrooms Stuffed with Green Bean Casserole

Party-sized portabello mushrooms stuffed with home-style green bean casserole from Chef Chemo Barrera at The Well in San Antonio. Betcha can't have just one!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cans green beans
  • 1 T salt
  • 1 T black pepper
  • 3 cans fried onions
  • 10 portabello mushrooms

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cream of mushroom, green beans, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasonings if needed.
  • Stuff portabello mushroom tops with mixture.
  • Top with fried onions.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 10–15 minutes.
