Combine the first three ingredients in a medium size sauce pan over high heat stir until sauce bubbles. Add bananas to sauce – flat side up. Cook bananas until they are flexible – being careful not to burn or scorch the sauce. Add bananas to a dish of ice cream, curling the bananas around the ice cream spoon sauce on sides.
