  • 4 ears of Corn shucked
  • 4 T Butter cut into pats
  • ½ lb Bacon fried and chopped
  • ½ Bell pepper chopped
  • ½ Onion chopped
  • 2 Cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
