Prepare the rice according to package directions. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together ground pork, chicken liver, and hamburger meat.
In a large pot over high heat, cook meat mixture until browned.
Turn the heat down to low and add celery, onion, and green pepper. Continue cooking until vegetables begin to soften, being careful to stir constantly, about 4 to 5 minutes.
After vegetables have softened, add spices and seafood stock and stir to combine. Simmer for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
Add the cooked rice into the pot and stir to combine. Take off the heat and serve.
