Goya's Steak Tips

Ingredients
  

For the NY Strip Steak

  • 2 lbs NY strip steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • Adobo Goya to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil

For the Sauce

  • ¼ cup Goya Minced Garlic
  • cup red wine
  • 1 envelope Goya Sazon without Annatto
  • ½ stick Goya butter
  • 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Goya Agave
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

For the NY Strip Steak

  • Season the meat with Goya Adobo w/ pepper, then sear the beef strips in hot pan with Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

For the Sauce

  • Mix ingredients together with additional olive oil and Adobo in heated saucepan. Once sauce consistency has formed, pour over steak tips and serve.
