Ingredients
For the NY Strip Steak

NY strip steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
Adobo Goya to taste

Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For the Sauce

Goya Minced Garlic

red wine

Goya Sazon without Annatto

Goya butter

worcestershire sauce

chopped cilantro
Instructions
For the NY Strip Steak
Season the meat with Goya Adobo w/ pepper, then sear the beef strips in hot pan with Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
For the Sauce
Mix ingredients together with additional olive oil and Adobo in heated saucepan. Once sauce consistency has formed, pour over steak tips and serve.
