Jaguar Colada from Goya

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Goya coconut milk
  • 1 cup Goya coconut water
  • 1 cup Goya passion fruit cocktail
  • ¾ cup white rum
  • 2 Tbsp Goya lime juice
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • dragon fruit wedges, cubed pineapple, cherries, and kiwi slices to make six fruit skewers for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In blender, mix coconut milk, water, passion fruit cocktail, rum, lime juice and ice until smooth.
  • Divide piña colada among 6 glasses. Garnish cocktail with a skewer of fruit such as dragon fruit, pineapple, cherry and kiwi.

Notes

*To make this a mocktail, substitute coconut water for the white rum.
