Primavera Cocktail
This 'Primavera' cocktail from Cork Bar inside Hotel Contessa is right on schedule for spring! A light, refreshing gin concoction topped with ginger beer.
- 1 ½ oz Seersucker Southern Gin
- 1 oz Simple Syrup Shrub white wine vinegar, infused cucumber, rosemary and ginger candy
- 1 oz Ginger beer
Mix ingredients (gin, simple syrup shrub) together. Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with cucumber slice, sprig of rosemary and lemon twist.
