Green Orchard Highball

Every fall I look forward to the gorgeous colors of the changing season and the cocktails. Mix up this refreshing and oh-so-autumn Green Orchard Highball from JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa at your next fall fête!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Laird Applejack Brandy
  • 1 oz Unfiltered Apple Juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Raw Honey Syrup
  • 1 sprig fresh tarragon
  • 2 oz Ginger beer

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in mixing glass.
  • Add ice and shake.
  • Double strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.
  • Fill with Ginger Beer and stir.
  • Garnish with dried apple chip and fresh tarragon sprig.
