Green Orchard Highball
Every fall I look forward to the gorgeous colors of the changing season and the cocktails. Mix up this refreshing and oh-so-autumn Green Orchard Highball from JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa at your next fall fête!
- 1.5 oz Laird Applejack Brandy
- 1 oz Unfiltered Apple Juice
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Raw Honey Syrup
- 1 sprig fresh tarragon
- 2 oz Ginger beer
- Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in mixing glass.
- Add ice and shake.
- Double strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.
- Fill with Ginger Beer and stir.
- Garnish with dried apple chip and fresh tarragon sprig.
