Ali Miller's Choconana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup almond butter (Ali recommends roasted organic or grinding your own)
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • 2–3 ice cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1–2 Tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 6–8 fluid ounces almond milk unsweetened
  • 2–4 Tablespoons Naturally Nourished Grassfed Whey Protein Powder or other protein powder (alternate: ½ plain Greek yogurt)

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
