Ali Miller's Choconana Smoothie
Focus your attention on this Choconana Smoothie with banana, almond butter, and a dash of cocoa! Ali Miller's smoothie recipe is low in sugar and packed with protein, while also providing antioxidants.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter (Ali recommends roasted organic, or grinding your own)
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 6-8 fl oz. almond milk unsweetened
- 2-4 Tbsp Naturally Nourished Grassfed Whey Protein Powder or other protein powder. Alternate: 1/2plain Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
