Reina Rosa (the pink drink)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of jalapeno
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 2 oz prickly pear puree
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 ml foaming bitters
  • Lime salt

Instructions
 

  • Rim coupe glass with lime and Twang-a-rita lime salt.
  • In a large pitcher, muddle jalapenos until they are mashed. Stir in tequila, prickly pear puree, lime and foaming bitters until well blended.
  • Shake and pour into glass while straining
