Lightly pour beer in pot to avoid becoming too foamy. Add the sugar into the pot and turn on medium heat until sugar dissolves. Do not let it get to a full boil.
Turn off heat and let cool.
Add rose cordial and rose water.
The Three Emmas
Build all ingredients into a shaker tin.
Shake for 15 seconds to incorporate all ingredients.
Strain over cracked ice into a sour glass. Garnish with fresh basil.
