Instructions
For the Waffle:
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 egg, buttermilk, and 1 tablespoon melted butter.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, whisking until smooth. Add bacon and cheddar.
  4. Heat a waffle maker and brush with melted butter. Cook waffles in batches until golden.
For the Candied Bacon:
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Coat bacon with dry rub.
  3. Bake in oven on a sheet with a wire rack so both side cook evenly at 350 for 15 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool.
For the Burger:
  1. Season the patties with Killa Seasoning and grill on both sides until desired doneness is reached.
  2. Top with grated cheese and melt.
  3. Cook eggs sunny side up
  4. Top burgers with two pieces of candied bacon each, then crisp potato hash and last the sunny-up egg.
  5. Toast bun on grill.
  6. Top bottom bun with lettuce and tomato and add burger to bun.
