Muy Delicioso Dips

When it comes to the best spot to take in all the sights (and tastes!) of Fiesta, look no further than Boudro’s. You can make their infamous ‘Tableside Guacamole’ just as guests arrive, but better yet, make a reservation at the restaurant or on one of their barges — a front row seat to all the Fiesta fun! This “cool” dip from Goya Foods features tangy, spicy chipotle chiles and takes just 10 minutes to put together! Get the recipe for this Cool Chipotle-Black Bean Layer Dip.

Our friends at Tacodeli in Austin makes some of the freshest salsas in the state. Try one of their most popular salsa recipes, Chely’s Salsa de Arbol. (This recipe also includes details on how to make their Chuletas con Rajas Tacosmuy delicioso!)

Put the ‘fun’ back in fundido! Second Bar + Kitchen in Austin shared their recipe for Avocado Fundido, which you can prepare in just 10 minutes.

Snazzy Snacks

These delicious Oven Roasted Tomato and Manchego tartlets from Goya Foods are the perfect party food — and so easy to put together!

Get the party started with this brand new recipe from Goode Co. Seafood in Houston. This party-ready Seafood Campechana features fresh Gulf shrimp, crab and crispy tortilla chips.

It’s one of our most loved recipes each Fiesta season — Fajita Wraps on a Stick! They are the perfect party snack for Fiesta and surprisingly easy to put together. You can make them with either chicken, beef or both!

Similarly, these Poblano & Queso Flautas on a Stick are a great addition to your Fiesta snack lineup, especially if you or any of your guests have vegetarian diet needs.

These Grilled Shrimp Tostadas from our friends at Goya Foods work great as a both starter or a main entree. They’re made with a fresh black bean salsa and Ancho chile-marinated Gulf shrimp. Watch Goya Foods Executive Chef Fernando Desa prepare it for you below.

Here’s another taco recipe we’re always ready to dig in to! Here, Ronnie Killen’s smoky chopped brisket is the ‘secret’ ingredient (watch here), but feel free to add your own variation to make these Brisket Tacos.

It’s a party all year long at Jacala Mexican Restaurant in San Antonio, but you can bring a little of that party home with their cheesy Chile Relleno. It’s a local treasure — treat this recipe with care!

Party-Ready Punch Bowls & Mouthwatering Margaritas

Who says punch needs to be served in a plain’ ol bowl? Take a cue from Whisler’s in Austin, like in their Touch of Love punch bowl with fresh pineapple juice and bourbon.

Shake up your margarita with spice! We love this Strawberry Jalapeño Margarita from the J.W. Marriott Hotel & Spa in San Antonio. The resort’s restaurant Cibolo Moon infuses their tequila with strawberries and jalapeño for a drink that’s got a touch of sweetness and a dash of heat. Get the recipe here.

We love the idea of adding edible flowers to a fun punch bowl like Whisler’s does in their Rings of Saturn punch bowl with Amaro Montenegro and Bourbon.

There’s nothing like a sip of one of Blanca Aldaco’s mouthwatering margaritas! Her all-star margarita is absolutely bonita! Get the recipe for her Bonita Margarita here.

Dazzling Desserts

Don’t hold back on dessert! We’re celebrating with a classic recipe from Blanca Aldaco, the Pastel Tres Leches Cake. Tres Leches Cake was first introduced to San Antonio in 1989, largely through the efforts of Blanca Aldaco. Since then, you can find it at numerous places across town, but Aldaco still serves the best to be had.

We love these Bourbon Pecan Tarts from State of Grace in Houston. You’ll notice a common theme through every part of this recipe — Bourbon!
