This year, Tanji will be the Master of Ceremonies at the Les Dames D’Escoffier: San Antonio Chapter Plate Changer fundraiser.
Happening on Thursday, September 12th, the fundraiser will feature award-winning chef Claudette Zepeda as the guest of honor. Zepeda, based in San Diego, has developed a beautiful 4-course menu for the event. The money raised at the event will help fund scholarships for young women in culinary-related fields, community gardens, nutrition education for underprivileged families, and a holiday celebration in December for children at Roy Maas Youth Alternatives in San Antonio.
Tanji is proud to be a Dame and to contribute to this organization’s legacy of raising money for women in the culinary industry! She would love to see Goodtaste fans at the event!
