In the true spirit of Texas Hill Country hospitality, the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce and the Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival have announced that 100 percent of ticket and event proceeds from this year’s Preview Week – taking place July 21–27, 2025 – will be donated to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund. The move comes in response to the devastating floods that have impacted Kerrville, Hunt, Ingram, Center Point, and Comfort.
Preview Week, known for its curated lineup of dinners, tastings, and family-friendly fun, will now serve an even greater purpose: helping neighbors rebuild. From cellar dinners and martini soirées to a silent disco and a queso throwdown, every ticket sold for the nine events throughout the week will directly support recovery efforts through The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, which oversees the relief fund and distributes resources to trusted local organizations offering rescue, relief, and rebuilding aid.
Jim Mikula, President and CEO of the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce, says, “The Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival is, at its heart, a celebration of the Hill Country community – and in times like these, we all pull together. By donating all Preview Week proceeds, we’re sharing the spirit of care and compassion of the very wineries, farms, and families who make this region so special.”
You can check out the full schedule and grab your tickets here. For updates along the way, follow the Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival on Facebook and Instagram, or sign up for email alerts on the site.
Whether you’re sipping wine by the river or dancing at a silent disco, your participation in Preview Week will directly support Hill Country families in need. This is more than a celebration – it’s a show of solidarity.
