Les Dames d’Escoffier San Antonio is marking three decades of mentorship, leadership, and philanthropy with an anniversary gala. Presented by H-E-B, the 30th birthday celebration will take place September 18 at the RK Group’s historic Red Berry Estate. Guests will enjoy a four-course plated dinner, live music, dancing, a live auction, and the signature desserts that have long made “Les Dames” famous.
Since its founding in 1994, the San Antonio chapter has united women leaders in food, wine, nutrition, hospitality, agriculture, and the culinary arts. Together, they’ve cultivated educational opportunities, invested in the community, and fostered excellence across disciplines. The anniversary event will be both a reflection on that legacy and a toast to the future – with curated dishes, signature sips, and heartfelt tributes that honor the women who continue to inspire and lead.
Tickets begin at $175, with VIP packages and sponsorship opportunities available. Proceeds from the evening will directly benefit the chapter’s initiatives, from scholarships supporting young women pursuing culinary studies, to community garden projects, nutrition programs for underserved families, and a holiday celebration for children at Roy Maas Youth Alternatives.
