This Thanksgiving, Antlers Lodge at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in the Alamo City will be serving up a four-course meal for guests who want a break from hosting Thanksgiving on their own. The main event in this multi-course meal will be an option of blackened cobia with fennel beurre blanc, a Shiner-brined smoked pork loin with peach and sage glaze, a garlic and herb-roasted prime rib, or a brie apricot turkey roulade and shallot confit turkey thing with giblet onion gravy. Family-style sides will be served up to each table, including havarti-whipped potato puree, Hatch chile cornbread dressing, maple-glazed sweet potato, sweet chili crispy Brussels sprouts, and bacon chive biscuits.
The dinner is available on Thanksgiving day between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. The cost is $97 for adults and $75 for seniors. An a la carte menu will be available for little ones. Reserve your spot here or by calling (210) 767-7999.
