When world famous opera star Andrea Bocelli performed in San Antonio, he had a favorite restaurant. Several times during his stay he requested his favorite dish be prepared by Luciano’s! It’s actually quite simple to prepare. Saute garlic in olive oil till softened and add olives and capers. Saute a little longer and add salt and pepper to season. Then add chopped walnuts. Add cooked, drained spaghetti to pan and enjoy!
