Season and grill chicken breast, chill in cooler. Slice into bite sized pieces once cool. Cook Kamut grain blend according to package instructions. Spread grain blend on sheet pan and chill in refrigerator. Dice tomato, cucumber and avocado. Saute kale blend for 30 seconds in light oil until color develops and softens slightly.
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl with lemon lime Caesar dressing, seasoning with salt to taste. Serve immediately.
