Houston Dairy Maids Fennel & Lavender Marinated Castelvetrano Olives
Looking for a new spin on olives? Look no further than these Fennel and Lavender Marinated Castelvetrono Olives from the Houston Dairy Maids.
Ingredients
- 16 oz Castelvetrano olives
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 1/2 orange zest and juice
- 3 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. California Fennel Pollen
- 1/2 tsp. dried lavender
- pinch fresh cracked pepper and red chili flakes, or to taste
- 1/3 cup Calivirgin Extra Virgin Olive OilÂ
Instructions
- Strain olive brine and toss olives in all above ingredients.
- Transfer to a glass jar, refrigerate and allow to marinate for at least 12 hours.
