Blueberry and Pear Spinach Salad
A great spinach salad anytime of year for lunch or dinner! Topped with a tangy Blueberry Balsamic Sauce.
- 16 oz. Baby spinach
- 1/2 cup Almonds toasted, sliced
- 1/4 cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup Pears sliced
- 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Blueberry Balsamic Sauce
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl and top with Blueberry Balsamic Sauce, toss and serve.
