This devilish drink has St. Paddy's Day written all over it! Cheers to bar manager Patrick Abalos over at The Westin at The Woodlands for sharing!
- 1¼ ounces Jameson
- ¾ ounce Bärenjäger
- 3 dashes Bitterman’s Krupnik Honey Bitters
- 2 cubes demerara sugar cubes
- 1 sprig tarragon
- 1 lemon peel
- In tin or beaker, add tarragon, lemon peel, bitters, and sugar cubes. Muddle to express the oils, add spirits. Stir, add clean ice, stir again for 10 seconds, strain in an ice-filled glass, and garnish with tarragon and lemon peel.
