
Montelongo’s Citrusy Steak Fajitas
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh tangerine juice
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. Montreal Steak seasoning blend
- 2 lbs skirt steak cut into thin strips
- Warm flour tortillas sour cream, fresh salsa, cilantro and lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the juices and steak seasoning. Add the steak and mix well. Seal and refrigerate at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
- Let medium skillet warm up over medium-high heat. Add steak and discard marinade. Cook until internal temperature reaches 140°, for medium. Serve in warm tortillas with sour cream, salsa and cilantro. Pass lime wedges at the table.
