Pam's Meat Loaf with Brown Sugar Glaze
Ingredients
Meat Loaf
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1⁄3 cup oatmeal
- onion powder to taste
- garlic powder to taste or 2 tsp. of Uncle Chris Gourmet Steak Seasoning by Fiesta
- 1 egg
- 1⁄3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup ketchup
- a dash of Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp beef bouillon granules
Glaze
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ½ tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
Meat Loaf
- Combine all ingredients except meat. When all is mixed, add meat to mixture. Form loaf into prepared baking dish.
Glaze
- Mix glaze ingredients and spread over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 50 minutes. Recipe can be doubled.
