Pam's Meat Loaf with Brown Sugar Glaze

Ingredients
  

Meat Loaf

  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1⁄3 cup oatmeal
  • onion powder to taste
  • garlic powder to taste or 2 tsp. of Uncle Chris Gourmet Steak Seasoning by Fiesta
  • 1 egg
  • 1⁄3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1⁄3  cup ketchup
  • a dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp beef bouillon granules

Glaze

  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ½ tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
 

Meat Loaf

  • Combine all ingredients except meat. When all is mixed, add meat to mixture. Form loaf into prepared baking dish.

Glaze

  • Mix glaze ingredients and spread over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 50 minutes. Recipe can be doubled.
