
Zinc and Boudro's Poblano Crostinis
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream Cheese
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 each Roasted Poblanos, peeled and seeded, Kosher Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until fully incorporated.
- Let refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before use.
