Primos Coffee Company Steak Rub

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon Primos dark roast espresso/fine grind
  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse cracked pepper
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • coriander, smoked paprika, cayenne optional or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Rub generously into steaks that have been patted dry and let sit for thirty minutes at room temperature prior to cooking.
