Zinc and Boudro's Poblano Crostinis

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 roasted poblanos peeled and seeded
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until fully incorporated.
  • Let refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before use.

Notes

Use this mixture atop crostinis or flatbreads of your choice. For an extra-special twist, add the restaurants' famous Tequila-Cured Salmon.
