- 10-ounce dough ball
- 5 ounces tomato sauce
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 ounce fresh basil leaves
- 4 ounces pepperoni
Stretch the 10-ounce dough ball to a 12-inch pizza.
Add tomato sauce and toppings to the dough.
Add any finishing spices you prefer.
Cook on a pizza stone 8–10 minutes between 550–600°F.
